but is almost caught by

a security guy who falls for
Syd's story about needing a bathroom and don't tell her boss

Back in the states, Danny leaves a message on Syd's answering machine
that he's OK with Syd being a spy,

a message that gets picked up by the bugged machine
and gets sent to the SD-6 security division
