Syd's all decked out after an apparently violent game of pick-up-sticks		with some spray paint and a gas guzzler message

only to be interrupted by a French-spouting Weiss

taking a moment for a dramatic 'oops'

French-spouting Weiss tells his tale of woe to the gendarme		and Syd takes the moment to smash the window in the gas guzzler

which gets her and her pick-up-sticks arrested

And so, after the commercial break, there is Arrested Syd

talking to her American embassy appointed lawyer Dixon

who convieniently tranqs		the policeman

so Syd can steal the decoding disc so they can decode the gobbledygook index
