Back in Rome, Sydney opens the apartment with the key that was in the letter from Sloane,		walks around,


tries out the bed,

and discovers ...

outside the skylights is a church with a winged angel statue, and there are lots of birds flying around, just like her nightmare

which sends her to the bathroom, where she discovers		a bottle of pills prescribed to Julia Thorne

and also to being captured

and being slammed to the ground by armed guards, and arrested

Will Sydney have her brain surgery? Will Jack and Vaughn rescue her? Any chance of Jack, with a gun in his hand, being in the same room with Lauren? And what's with all that Sloane smiling? Well, this time it's a two week wait till a new episode
