who sees Hornblower on the mast and takes a shot at him
sending Horatio with a head wound into the water, luckily saved by Finch
Back on the Indie, Pellew waits for the Papillon
On the Papillon, Lieutenant Eccleston greets the watery
but alive, and very angry, Mr. Hornblower, who tells his tale about
being shot by Simpson
only to be interrupted by French cannon fire
which puts an end to nice Lieutenant Eccleston
