The cake gets a bit bloody as she cuts

and suddenly Lazarey is standing there
and Dream Syd looks confused

especially as she notices she is cutting off his hand

The doc says, this is a tangent dream and you have to concentrate on that last memory
in the van to get back on track

so Dream Syd runs to the van
lifts the van door

and sees a corridor, with the faceless men wheeling her on a gurney

Dream Syd follows the gurney, while lots of fireworks are going on outside

until she gets to door labeled "47"
Turning, she sees another door just closing and goes through it
