This time Dream Syd is following the gurney with through the stairwell
with lots of neat overlapping Dream Syd's peering down the stairs at the gurney

Then Lauren's whispering, "Sydney", and leading her
 

up escalators
and through rooms with lots of hanging plastic
     

Fuzzy Lauren says Dream Syd knows better, and Dream Syd says, you're part of this

before they get into a knock-down drag-out fight

with wall slamming
and suffocation

at which point the Real Sydney flatlines

which gets her a shot in the heart
and some electric shocks to get her started again
